In the group stages, Uganda will play Tunisia, Nigeria, and Tanzania, its neighbors, and Put is aware of what to anticipate from each opponent.
In the middle of contract rumors that have him linked to Cameroon, Paul Put is concentrated on getting the Uganda Cranes team ready for the 2025 Africa Nations Cup.
There has been no public announcement regarding the Belgian's contract renewal with FUFA, which expires in November.
Put, who led Burkina Faso to the 2013 Africa Nations Cup final, did, however, allude to plans to stay and make sure the 1978 finalists performed well in Morocco in an interview with Cafonline.
"In addition to using it as preparation, we played two World Cup qualifiers in October. Two friendly will follow in November," Put stated.
Before taking a plane to Rabat, we will hold a closed camp in Kampala in early December, complete with an open session for supporters. We will play more international matches and last-minute warm-ups once we get there before our December 23 match against Tunisia.
In the group stages, Uganda will play Tunisia, Nigeria, and Tanzania, its neighbors, and Put is aware of what to anticipate from each opponent.
Nigeria: They are a constant force to be reckoned with. Their group, which has elite skills and European experience, poses a threat everywhere.
Tunisia: They are very well-organized, technically proficient, and strategically savvy. We shall see, but they are difficult to dismantle.
Tanzania: Regional derbies are never simple, but for our neighbors, they provide a nice balance of familiarity and energy.
"We are not intimidated, but we will respect every one of them. We shall present ourselves in a positive light.
This will be Uganda's eighth appearance at Afcon, and their first since their 2019 trip to Egypt.
UGANDA CRANES PREPARE FOR EXCITING INTERNATIONAL FRIENDLY AGAINST MOROCCO
The Uganda Cranes will face Morocco in an international friendly on November 18 in Tangier. The match serves as crucial preparation for both teams ahead of the 2025 AFCON finals in Morocco.

The upcoming FIFA International Window will include an international friendly between the Uganda Cranes and Morocco.
According to the official account of the Morocco National Football Team, which also announced another friendly match against Mozambique, the match is set for November 18 in Tangier, Morocco.
Regarding the match, FUFA has not yet released an official statement.
The match will help both countries get ready for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) finals, which will be held in Morocco.
In addition to testing their mettle against a strong African team, Uganda will get the chance to adjust to the weather before the continental showcase.
Chad is mentioned as a possible opponent in reports that the Cranes may play another friendly.
Nigeria, Tunisia, Tanzania, and Uganda have been placed in a challenging AFCON group for the competition, which begins on December 21.
After losing 5-2 to Morocco in their most recent encounter at the 2021 African Nations Championship (CHAN) in Douala, Cameroon, the Cranes will be motivated to play better this time.

BUL COACH ABBEY BOGERE KIKOMEKO ENDS SIX-MONTH BAN, RETURNS TO SIDELINES
BUL FC coach Abbey Bogere Kikomeko was pleased with a point after his return from a six-month suspension. His team battled to a draw with Express FC in the Uganda Premier League, maintaining their top spot.

Abbey Bogere Kikomeko, the head coach of BUL FC, was pleased with his team's point after they drew with Express FC in Thursday's Uganda Premier League match at the FUFA Technical Center in Njeru.
Kikomeko watched the game for the first time since he returned from a suspension imposed by FUFA earlier this year.
The strategist was fined UGX 5,000,000 and banned from all football-related activities for six months by the FUFA Disciplinary Panel in April for threatening match officials and acting violently towards a steward during a Uganda Cup match between Kitara FC and BUL FC.
Kikomeko missed the last four games of the previous season and the first four of the current one due to the ban.
The coach was quick to see the bright side of the outcome following the standoff with Express.
We were aware that Express would be a formidable opponent. We expected them to give us a hard time after they changed their style of play, and they did," Kikomeko remarked. "But to at least earn a point, we battled valiantly."
He continued by saying that despite creating multiple opportunities, his team was unable to capitalize on them.
"With this draw, we can improve on the few opportunities we had that did not turn into goals."
After five games, BUL leads the standings with nine points. Their next league matchup is against NEC FC.
"We have time to prepare, correct our faults, and see if we can collect the most points against NEC, but it is another tough game," Kikomeko said.
